The MESSAGE Model of Accelerated Training and Teaching

The MESSAGE Model is a framework for design and delivery that respects what we currently know about how the brain naturally learns, creates and communicates.  Whilst MESSAGE as a model is at the heart of our trainer and teacher development, as well as our programme designs, it is also a transferable model for creativity, communication, sales and customer delight.

The Model works in 7 Phases - and some phases remain active throughout the process.  MESSAGE is a mnemonic acronym:

• Mindset
• Entrance
• Share (and then) Switch Ownership
• Store
• Act
• Go-again
• Engage
