'Living Organisations' is a model for enjoying work to the full.  Most of us will spend most of our lives at work.  I therefore suggest that it is imperative that we enjoy the best years of our lives!  I believe this is possible when organisations successfully pass a health check that measures how 'alive' they are.  The seven criteria are:

• Growth
• Respiration
• Sensitivity
